My baby boy is 4 months old today. I am still in shock at how fast the time is flying!
He's starting to roll and sit up on his own now and today we gave him cereal for the very first time :-)

A year ago today...
A year ago today my life drastically changed. It was the day I found out that I was going to have a baby. One of the happiest days of my life (oh and its my moms birthday which is why the date will always stick to me) I never realized that I could love such a little person so much. He is truly the love of my life and I could not imagine my life without him :-)
Today was also his 4 month doctors appointment (He will be 4 months on Thursday) and he is now a chunky 15 pounds 6 ounces and 25 1/2 inches long. He's getting so big! What happened to my little baby? He also had 4 shots and took them like a trooper. The doctor said that he has excellent head and neck control and was happy that he has already started to roll (just belly to back but still good!) and was impressed how he tries to already sit up on his own. She also gave me the okay to start him on some cereal! I had a feeling she would so yesterday I went out and bought some cereal. Unfortunately I forgot that we also need spoons and bowls for him haha so it will have to wait until I can get to babies r us- probably tomorrow or the next day.
Because I just always need to post pictures heres my adorable baby boy representing where mommy and daddy met :-)

Every day is something new
At almost 4 months.. Every day is something new... and I love it! One day he starts to laugh, the next day he starts to grab things, the next day he tries and succeeds at putting his pacifier back in himself (after poking himself in the face a few times haha). Hes starting to play with things, he has discovered his hands and puts them in front of his face and just stars at them moving, I love everything! There are probably a million other little things that he has been doing that is new and its amazing.
Of course I can not post without a few pictures

Lucas laughs for the first time!
I swear I love this boy to death! He doesn't sleep at all but hes cute as anything! I was just playing with him and giving him kisses and he starts laughing, I was hysterical! Thankfully, my video camera was literally sitting next to me so I plopped it on my couch and pointed it towards us to see if I could get him to laugh again and he did!

Happy Easter!
Lucas was a little cranky but overall we had a great day! We put his comfy bunny outfit on in the morning and went for a walk on the boardwalk. It was a gorgeous day out and we couldn't believe how packed the boardwalk was. Then we got all dressed up and went to visit family
