Wow I can't believe my baby is 5 months old today. He know grabs everything and put everything in his mouth. He smiles and laughs at us all the time. He has now eaten carrots, sweet potatoes, applesauce and bananas. (He loves it all!) He sits up on his own for a little bit but will still topple over at some point and he is also very close to rolling back and forth. He can put in his own binky. If we hold his hands and pull him to sit up, he will push his feet down so that he stands up instead of just sitting up. He found his voice and will scream now for fun (yeah he cracks himself up). Everyday is something new and im loving every bit of it.

A wonderful first mothers day!
My one request is that I could sleep and Brian got up all 9 times that Lucas decided to wake up the night before mothers day (yes Lucas is still an awful sleeper and its gotten worse in the last week or so bc of teething). Then we both got up with Lucas at 6am and Brian and Lucas gave me a tiffanys "mom" necklace. Its soo pretty and thoughtful! We decided since we were up early we might as well go to IHOP first thing and beat the crowds. It was delicious. I love IHOP! I very much enjoyed my rooty tooty fresh and fruity haha. What a great first mothers day!
