This past weekend was Uncle Rob's 30th birthday so we went to Boston to visit him. It was our first family getaway. Lucas was amazing in the car (he slept the whole way BOTH ways!) However we learned that going out to eat during cranky time (between 6pm-8pm) is not a good idea. Thankfully I don't think to many other peoples dinners were distrupted since it was decently loud in both restaurants. Brian spent the first half of dinner with him, and I spent the second half of dinner with him. We did learn something new. Lucas LOVES his stroller and loves to go for walks or in the car. Its the only thing that calmed him down. When we got back to the hotel both nights he went right to sleep. My poor baby was just tired and wanted to go to bed. For this reason I was very happy when it was time to go home because I wanted to get back into our routine. However we did have an amazing time at the New England Aquarium. It was mommy and Lucas's first time there and Lucas loved watching the fish!
